The way it works is this; if you deposit, place at least 10 bets, turnover £500 or more and finish the day with an overall true loss* you will receive 10% of that loss back, in cash, the next day.

'True loss' as we call it is worked out with this formula:

So a working example would be this; if you start the day with £50 in your account, make a £50 deposit but finish the day with nothing in your account and have made no withdrawals, you true loss would be £100. Providing you had generated a turnover of £500 more you will receive £10 in cash the next day.
